As we endeavour to process orders as soon as possible upon receipt. Your order may have been shipped, if so please contact our Customer Service team, they will provide you with a cancellation number and instructions for return to us.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order upon receiving it, please contact our Customer Services team, they will provide you with a cancellation number and full instructions. Goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery date.

When you contact our Customer Services, please have the following information ready.
- Your order number. (Found on your confirmation email and in the letter you will receive with your order.)
- The product you are returning
- Reason why you wish to return the goods
- Do you want a refund or an exchange?
- Colour and size of product to be exchanged
We cannot accept goods that are returned without a cancellation number.
Magee requires you to return any goods to us un-used condition and in their original packaging with the original labels still attached. If not we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange the goods.
Return shipping costs of any non-damaged or non-faulty goods will be the responsibility of the customer.
